A Message from your Principal!

Dear Families:

We are now in our third month of school and our school community has done an outstanding job in all areas of school life.  Our Roadrunner Club is well underway and the athletes are having great success! Lat month, our junior students were blessed to take part in the junior soccer tournament at Kinsmen Fields and our grade 3-6 cross country team was blessed to take part in the run at Iona Academy.
Further, we have been very fortunate to have enjoyed such a mild fall so far. As the weather begins to get colder, please remind your child to bring warm clothing to school – your child is outside for at least 55 minutes per day.
November is a time for reflection and communication at St. Anne Catholic School. We start the month off by stopping to remember the men and women who fought to keep our country free on Remembrance Day. This year our Remembrance Day liturgy will take place on November 11th starting at 9:30 am.
November is also the time when educators start preparing communication about academics. Progress Reports will be sent to parents via email on Monday, December 5, 2022.  Information regarding Parent-Teacher interviews which will take place on Thursday, December 8, 2022, will be sent home in the next few weeks.
Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication to your child’s education.  I am very proud of the teamwork that is evident in our school community!  Further, please contact your child’s teacher at any time, as he or she is your first line of communication.

May God bless you and keep you safe.

Yours in Catholic Education,

Frances Derochie
