Students were feeling very positive as they celebrated “Spreading Positivity and Kindness Day” during CDSBEO Week at St. Anne School. They created heartfelt messages for someone they love to share a little extra kindness today.
Students also partnered with other classes to spread kindness in our community. Together, they painted rocks with positive messages and created cute cards filled with words of encouragement. These thoughtful items were then delivered to neighbours’ homes to share positivity and brighten someone’s day.

Our students had a fantastic time participating in the Iona Fall Run! They demonstrated incredible determination, perseverance, and grit throughout the event. 💪👏

St. Anne proudly recognized Orange Shirt Day today. A time to honor and remember, and to stand together for Every Child Matters.

Our Terry Fox Walk at St. Anne helped raise over $380! A heartfelt thank you to all students, staff and families who participated and supported this important cause.

Back to School is an exciting time filled with fresh starts, new friendships, and opportunities to learn and grow. Students return with energy and curiosity, ready to take on new challenges and experiences throughout the school year.

Sunday, July 13th was an unforgettable night at the Cornwall Raceway for our St.
Anne families.

Rain and heat didn't stop our amazing students, families and staff from cheering on the racers. So many familiar faces in the stands, smiles all around!

At intermission, everyone got to head down to the track to meet the drivers and collect autographs- and our very own Grade 2 student, Owen Wheeler, proudly showed off his go-kart to the crowd!

The highlight of the night? Watching Corey Wheeler take the win in the Modified Feature! Many St. Anne students made their way to Victory Lane to congratulate Corey and snap a photo.

A huge thank you to Corey Wheeler, the Lavergne family, and Cornwall Raceway for giving our St. Anne community a night to remember!

St. Anne staff members brought the excitement to a whole new level with a friendly race after the last recess! Students were on the sidelines, cheering enthusiastically and adding to the fun atmosphere. The inflatable costume had everyone laughing, making the race even more memorable! It was a tight race from start to finish!

A huge thank you to Corey Wheeler of Wheeler Racing for visiting St. Anne School on Wednesday! Our students loved the chance to see your race car up close and hear all about life on the track. Your Q&A session sparked so much excitement and curiosity—what an incredible experience!
We’re also extremely grateful to Cornwall Motor Speedway for generously offering free admission to all St. Anne students for the race on July 13th! What an amazing opportunity for our school community to cheer Corey on and enjoy a fun night at the races! 🏎️💨

This week, we came together as a school community to honor our incredible Grade 6 students at their Celebration of Learning. Families, staff, and friends joined in a beautiful Mass, followed by the presentation of certificates and awards recognizing their achievements.
The celebrations continued the next day with a fun-filled party where students created lasting memories with their friends. It was a wonderful way to mark this special milestone! 💙
